Marc Klein Movie Updates

The studio has acquired Unreasonable Doubt, a romantic comedy project from Marc Klein. Jon Turteltaub, the director of Disney’s National Treasure movies, is in negotiations to direct and will also produce with Andrew Panay.

Universal has tapped Andy Fickman ("You Again") to direct the comedy "TMI," starring Anna Faris. Faris and Ryan Reynolds are exec producing. Reynolds, who is not in the pic, is partnered with Komack-Martin in the Dark Trick shingle.

Universal Pictures is moving forward with musical "In the Heights" and has tapped scribe Marc Klein to tackle the adaptation of the Tony Award-winning Broadway hit.
