Australia’s top Hollywood stars Nicole Kidman, Hugo Weaving and Guy Pearce are to head home.

What better way to forget about your baby daddy drama then to dive in head first into a new project? Halle Berry was spotted doing just that in Glasgow, Scotland on Thursday, September 15th, 2011 where she began work on her latest film, Cloud Atlas.

Susan Sarandon and Jim Broadbent are in advanced negotiations to join Tom Hanks and Halle Berry in Tom Tykwer and the Wachowski siblings' "Cloud Atlas," which Focus Features Int'l is shopping to buyers in Cannes this week.

Cannes buyers are buzzing about Ben Whishaw and Hugo Weaving taking on major roles in Cloud Atlas, the adaptation of the epic David Mitchell novel from filmmakers Andy and Lana Wachowski and Tom Tykwer. Halle Berry, who floated her possible participation late last year, has also firmed up her role.

Toby Jones, the British actor best known for playing real-life characters such as Truman Capote in “Infamous,” will play in his first comic book movie with Marvel Studios’ “Captain America.”

Marvel Studios has zeroed in on Hugo Weaving to play the villainous Red Skull in “Captain America.”
