Monterey Media has acquired North American rights to indie action-thriller Restitution, starring Mena Suvari, Tom Arnold, C. Thomas Howell, William Sadler and newcomer Mark Bierlein.

Roadside Attractions has acquired U.S. rights to Hemingway’s Garden of Eden, a feature adaptation of Ernest Hemingway’s final, posthumously published novel. The indie distributor will release it in theaters Dec. 10.
