A young attorney looks to gain a position at a prestigious law firm while secretly dating his boss’ daughter, who he’s hoping to marry; but when his loving girlfriend decides to arrange a surprise family weekend get-together, his plans blow up in his face, especially with the arrival of his ghetto-fied family, the Stankershets. Travis (Marques Houston) and Courtney (Karrueche Tran) portray love interests who struggle to hold on to their relationship all while their two families wage war in an explosion of hilarity. It’s the far east against the deep south; strict, traditional, Korean customs versus a backwards, country way of life. In the end, Travis must find a way to make the two families peacefully co-exist long enough for him to propose to the woman he loves.

Hyperactive at the best of times, Martha (Anna Kendrick) has gone full-on manic since her latest breakup. She babbles, parties like a monster, cooks everything in sight — and is looking to do something terrible when she meets Francis (Sam Rockwell). To anyone else, Francis’s approach would come across as creepy, but Martha can’t help but be intrigued. They seem a perfect match: she's bananas, he's bananas... except he's a deadly sort of bananas. He’s a professional assassin.
Francis is a hitman with a cause: he unexpectedly kills the people ordering the hits. Just as Martha begins to realize her new beau wasn't joking when he said he had to step out for a moment to shoot someone, things start heating up for Francis. His services are solicited by a dubious client who's being sought by an equally dubious FBI agent (Tim Roth). As the bodies pile up, Martha needs to decide whether to flee or join in the mayhem.

With Salma Hayek • Vincent Cassel • John C. Reilly • Toby Jones • Matteo Garrone
Based on three spellbinding stories of magic and the macabre by 17th-century folklorist Giambattista Basile, Tale of Tales unleashes a barrage of mind-bogglingly gorgeous and fantastical imagery as it brings to life the (mis)adventures of three kings: in the kingdom of Darkwood, the King (John Reilly) and his Queen (Salma Hayek) attempt to conceive a child through very unusual means; meanwhile, in Highhills, the none-too-bright monarch (Toby Jones) marries off his daughter to brutal ogre while developing a strange obsession with breeding a giant flea; and, the sex-obsessed crown of Strongcliff (Vincent Cassel) is in for a shock when the woman he falls in love with is not quite what she seems. Overflowing with surreal, dazzling surprises, this intoxicating cinematic spectacle is a delirious excursion into the dark heart of fairy tales.
