Plot – What's the story about?

Plot: A mother and daughter, Rose and Sofia, travel to a Spanish clinic in the hoping of finding a cure for Rose's paralysis. Sofia becomes friendly with Ingrid, an enigmatic traveler, much to her controlling mother's ire.
