LD Entertainment is an independent production, acquisitions and distribution company founded by CEO Mickey Liddell. In January 2012, Liddell Entertainment launched its own distribution arm headed by David Dinerstein, forming LD Entertainment. In addition to producing four to six movies a year with budgets of up to $25 million, the company also acquires films for domestic distribution.
