U.S. boutique indie distributor Phase 4 has bounced for all North American rights to "Freestyle," Kolton Lee's basketball and music fuelled youth drama.

Phase 4 Films is picking up the pace. The new distribution company, which last year released "50 Dead Men Walking," has acquired North American rights to the action thriller "Dead Man Running," starring rapper-actor Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson. The company plans to release the film this year.
