Dick gets out and IMMEDIATELY STUMBLES TO THE GROUND.

This situation is based on a true account. In real-life, in 1962 at the age of 21, Cheney was convicted of driving while intoxicated (DWI) and arrested for DWI again the following year. Cheney previously said in a 2001 New Yorker interview, "I was headed down a bad road if I continued on that course".
