A lovely young woman must go live in a castle owned by the "Beast," a hideous creature, and there she is treated to a life of luxury. The Beast asks her to marry him repeatedly but she refuses and she grows homesick for her family only to eventually realize she loves the Beast, who is actually handsome prince who was cursed.
