Plot – What's the story about?

Plot: Two foot soldiers in a New Jersey crime syndicate, bent on expanding its horizons in the construction business, are sent to Berlin’s Potsdamer Platz, Europe’s most massive post-WWII construction site. While scouting the area for their syndicate, they encounter other criminal factions with the same idea, including the Russian mafia.
