Plot – What's the story about?

Plot: 500 years in the future, an oppressive government monitors the population with a nano-tech virus that makes computerized thought analysis possible. A group of rebels genetically alter a child to be immune to the nano-tech virus. That child grows up to become mankind's best chance to topple the invasive regime.
