What's the story about?

Plot: A gang of four guys battle over-development in the American West in the 1970s. They do this with bumbling attempts at sabotage, attacking deserted bulldozers, construction equipment and trains, with a vow they will not harm a human, animal, plant or rock. Three of the quartet take the vow to heart but the fourth, a young Vietnam veteran, wants to blow things up.
