What's the story about?

Plot: In 1872, Eadweard Muybridge is living life as a successful photographer, contracted by the former governor of California to capture a horse-in-motion. And then, his life explodes, when he discovers his wife Flora is having an affair with the dapper critic Major Harry Larkyns. Muybridge kills his wife's lover, and then is acquitted on grounds of justifiable homicide.
