What's the story about?

Plot

A conservative family man faced with a life-threatening illness, whose only chance of survival comes in the form of two dubious drifters who offer him a deal that will save his life: they can give him the kidney he needs, in exchange for a house. In desperation, he accepts their suspicious proposal, only to find himself going down a slippery slope when they change the rules of the game.
