What's the story about?

Plot: A popular high school student named Natasha is discovered by a dog-walker, apparently drowned in a freezing river and dead for 13 minutes before starting to breathe again. Natasha had been the leader of the Barbies, but the other group members are now cool to her. She also begins seeing patterns of 13.
