What's the story about?

Plot: Police detective Tom Jensen spends 20 years looking for the notorious Green River Killer. Gary Ridgway is eventually arrested in 2001 thanks to DNA evidence and is convicted of 49 murders in the Seattle area from the 1980s and 1990s. He is sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole.
