What's the story about?

Plot: Marisa Lankester, a young beautiful woman, becomes an insider of the sports betting empire run by Ron "The Cigar" Sacco. She falls in love with his business partner, and moves the business with him from L.A. to Vegas and then the Dominican Republic, where gambling is legal. While she becomes a top model as well as a gambling mogul there, her existence devolves into a nightmare of incarceration and rape, before she finally escapes. She now lives in Switzerland.
