What's the story about?

Plot

A prison doctor injects a condemned serial killer with a formula designed to keep his consciousness awake while his body rots in the grave. Before he could be buried though, the killer wakes - hungry, infected and contagious. A small town cop and her partner must work to contain the plague inside the town limits or the infection will spread beyond all control.
