The Boston Strangler Task Force is assembled as a special unit by the Massachusetts Attorney General to stop the serial killer after more than a dozen unsolved murders in the early 1960s. The detective teams with a Paris cop who has been trying to figure out the film’s connection to five men murdered and left in the woods.
