Talented yet suffering from severe stuttering, Qing did not get into the Police Academy. In order to feel better, Qing travels to Thailand to visit his distant relative Tang, who claims to be the “number one detective in Chinatown,” but is in fact a shallow and scheming hooligan. After a night of drinking, Tang becomes the prime suspect of a mysterious murder, and goes on the run with Qing. While trying to evade the police, many colorful characters from Chinatown emerge.
