Eventually, when left with no other options, he has to find a job. This film adaptation of the John Kennedy Toole novel has been rumored for years, but it now looks to be under way at Miramax. The author never lived to see the book's publication; he committed suicide in 1969. The book went on to win the Pulitzer Prize.
