Set in 1970s Brooklyn, Dylan is a white boy who is out of place with the rough street kids and the priviledged kids of his high-standard school. When he finds a ring that grants him magical powers, he and his friend experiment with crime fighting.
The film will be based on Capcom's third-person shooter, which centers on a a cargo pilot named Will who, after crashing in the Bermuda Triangle, ends up in a parallel universe where a band of humans must fight an alien threat they had long been thought extinct. Will and the other humans are outmanned but have a number of weapons and powers to help them beat back the alien incursion.
The story focuses on the inner workings of a newspaper in Rome, the reporters and editors and the collision of their personal lives and professional ambitions.
